hello tim i took your advise and bought the plug and play power supply.now my screen says failed memory needs service.where can i get help with this problem.any tech links available for the do it yourselfer.thanks mike

This just means your battery backed up memory got corrupted. If it  doesn't go away after resetting, then you probably need to do  something about the battery.

hello not to be a pain but a new battery fixed the problem.now my game plays and works but the screen has yellow lines(vertical).the game says u12 but i am having a hard time finding this part (hm4716ap-42f1)any suggestions.your help has been greatly appreciated.thanks mike
