Displays "Sound board error = 03" on boot. Graphics are a bit messed up during attract. When starting a game, it just starts drawing blocks of garbage instead of playing.

Tested the voltage at the 4116 RAM bank. All good except -12v. Read +.5v instead. Tested -12v pins on power supply. Same reading. Followed the -12v traces on the power supply back to a 7912 transistor. Measured the voltage going in: -29v. Voltage coming out +.5v. Hmmm. Is that right? Followed the +12v traces to the transistor for +12v. It had +29 going in and +12 coming out. Figure that 7912 must be bad.

Scavenged a 7912 transistor off an old broken Atari LeMans PCB. Swapped it. Problem solved.
