No boot - screen full of static garbage.

Tested clock at pin 15 of 68000. Got 8 MHz. Good. Tested Halt and Reset on pins 17 and 18. Both held high.
Shorted ground (pin 16) to pin 17. Game booted.

Looked around and found a cap bent with the - leg broken. Soldered it back down. Game now boots.

Up, down, left, right and buttons A or B don't do anything. Coins and starts work.

Probed inputs to 74245. Inputs getting there fine. Can't tell if output from 245 is good without more

To do
Either just try replacing it or drag out the logic comparator and go to town with another 74245.
