Symptom 1
Tested CPU board with known good video board. CPU board works fine. Tested video board with known
good CPU board. Starts to boot, but locks up. Ohm meter shows +5 short to ground. Powering on the
board does not produce sparks and +5 voltage reads good. The short must not be drawing much current at
all.

To do
Figure out wtf is going on here.  Huh

Check any tantalum caps on the 5v rail. I've had a few qix bootlegs and had to change most of them due to internal shorts
