I got this from the game's designer who lives locally and was moving overseas and didn't want to take it with him, so he sold it. It's marked "Field Test Proto #10".
The hard drive had some bad sectors, but it wasn't the proto hard drive (although the proto hard drive was also in the cabinet, but didn't work either. Yes, I still made a copy of it), so I bought a IDE to SD card adapter and used the CHD image off the net.
Works great now. Should last a good long time with a SD card in there instead of a hard drive.
