This is a Kortek monitor. I bought it directly from Betson to use in as a replacement in a Galaga.

Installed it and found the image to be blurry and the colors to be totally hosed from a degaussing issue. The degaussing circuit doesn't seem to work at all so the colors are just always blotchy and nasty. The focus adjustment doesn't help the blur. Yuk.
